That is a common feeling in your situation. I would say that you could present couple's counseling to him as an option and if he declines that, then he obviously doesn't care about saving your marriage and you should just let him go. There are plenty of other guys out there who might be better for you anyway. It is similar to a first love scenario....we all have a boyfriend who is our first love. Once that relationship ends, we think that that guy was the best and we are never going to find another guy like him or better than him...you need to realize that if your husband is having an affair or has his eye on another woman, your relationship is not going to work. How to build up my self-esteem?

So I've been overweight since I was like 6. I'm now 15 and I'm not incredibly big, I got tall (like 5'10) but I still have big thighs, arms and stomach. I'm working on losing it. I'm about 30 or so pounds over. I've always been teased about it and called names. Once I started high school people didn't say anything much and I developed a pretty good personality. My boyfriend of 9 months calls me cute, pretty, beautiful and gorgeous. I don't believe him but I don't want to be one of those annoying, whiney girlfriends so I just return the compliment. No body knows, but I was bulimic for almost a year and recently got over it. I've had two big tragedies happen (one affected the whole family, one only me) in the same year and food's been my comfort. I know that's not good. Especially when trying to lose weight. And what doesn't help is that my boyfriend is skinnier than me... He weighs 130 pounds, he's lanky (He's underweight and 6'0 but I still feel like I should be smaller than him). I can look in the mirror and think "Hey... I look okay today." but then I see myself next to him and feel like a whale. I could never leave him over this, I love him so much. Just being around him and seeing his body compared to mine makes me feel like crap. And my height's always been a problem with me. I hate being this tall. Then I see the perfect girls at my school, they're 5'6 or 5'7 and weigh like 110 or 120 pounds. I wish I could be like them. I just feel so ugly, fat and down about myself. Also I took a picture of myself on my webcam with my shirt up (breasts covered) of my stomach for motivation to lose weight. Like I'd look at it and remember how happy I'd be to get rid of it and I think my boyfriend saw it and now I feel so gross. I can only imagine what he thinks. He kept asking why I hid my screen so fast when I pulled up my pictures (I forgot about it) and I told him it was none of his business. He said he thinks he saw a picture but he's not sure what it was. I'm pretty sure he knows that it was me with my shirt up. I'm worried that he thinks I'm sending shirtless pictures to people online or something... But I deleted it and he's dropped the subject since I was uncomfortable with it. Claire- when I hear you are 5"11" and 115 pounds- I go wow- that sounds great for a model. If you have not done so already, try to get into modeling. Tall and skinny- wow. I think you got the killer body and should go into modeling. Always be positive- work with on what you have. Nice and tall and skinny. It is possible that your twin is jealous of you. Daughter-parent relationship troubles?

Don't get me wrong on any of this I love them both a lot, but lately my mom is never home and my dad is either working or sleeping (he is a truck driver) My mom is always working at her friends house down the street (he is a older man) and when they are home all they do is fight. Should my rc nitro engine pop when I try to start it?

I have a Savage XL with the 5.9 motor in it. My question is that when I hook my drill (roto starter) to the motor should the engine popping (compression noise) get faster when I spin the drill faster? It doesn't matter how fast my drill goes, the engine doesn't pop very fast. In fact, sometimes it pops when it wants to even when I have the drill on full blast trying to start it. it must be known that i hate cheaters, but i listened to what Dan Savage had to say and i sort of agree that some people should just not be in a monogamous relationship at all. if a person does it once(one night stand), its forgivable, may need to go to counseling to get over it, but i wouldn't necessarily end the relationship. its a mistake to learn from, and if they genuenly feel bad and i can see that through counseling then i could move on. more than that, would never ever forgive it. i was wondering how people in the LGBT viewed it. i know many people think that we are premiscuous, even though i'm bi and totally monogamous, but i wanted to get ya'll point of view. also which would be worse for you, emotional cheating(your partner was emotionally close to another but nothing physical happened) or physical cheating(it was a phyical relationship; had sex, made out etc.) i could forgive emotional though i would take it as a sign that we need to work on communication, but it would be hard for me to forgive a physical one. i'm not very emotional, i'm very physical, being physical means more to me than talking it out. i rather have my person give me physical interaction;cuddle make love make out etc. then listen to my problems. would really love to find out how the community feels about it.

Why aren't my arms getting toned?

For the past year I've been lifting 10 pound dumbbells (I know) about 30 minutes to one hour per session about 4 times a week (I alternate). What is a god point and shoot camera with good pixel images?

I am going to Europe soon for about 2 months and my camera is about 4 years old so I figured it was about time for an upgrade. I hear about many good camera brands and models, but with everything I also see a lot of negative downsides too so I am reluctant to just go to a store and buy something. I have heard great things about the Canon Powershot s95 and was considering getting it, But I heard that it breaks easily and there are light recognition problems with it and etc. I'm just looking for a camera that has a good default program setting or an easily programmable personal setting and also takes good resolution photo's. Nothing big and lanky please. Just need something that I can easily take with me and carry it around while taking great photo's (Our main spot we are going to is Greece and we will be going Island hopping, among other things so I need to be able to carry it easily). I`m 15 and my neighbor (around the block) is a 13 year old boy. We have known each other since he was born and we`re pretty close. He comes over and spends the night a lot and we talk when he`s over. He begs his mom to drive him to my house when he misses us. He tells his mom he misses me but tells me he missed the dogs/my house/my mom. My mom and I invited him on vacation with us and he said he might come but he might get invited to something cooler. He teases me alot but sometimes sticks up for me to my mom. Today, my mom told me that she read my phone. She had no provocation to read my phone. I don't do drugs, have no "shady" friends, haven't changed my behavior (aside from the usual teenage girl mood swings, but I can't help those), had amazing grades in school, am a good citizen, healthy and active. I happened to leave my phone lying on the couch, and I fell asleep in my room (I had a nasty case of the flu :/) She told me today that yesterday, while I was taking my nap, she decided to "play" with my phone. My dad has the exact same phone as me. He was awake and home and not using his phone at the time. (I know this because he was working in his workshop all day and ignores his phone when he's in his "Zone"). My mother then preceded to read all my text messages. I happened to have some very old ones saved, from a few months ago. I had forgotten that they were saved in my inbox still. My mother says she was just playing, and "happened to somehow end up in [my] inbox." These messages were at the very bottom of my inbox and obviously weren't easy to find, considering I, the user (owner?) of the phone, had forgotten about them. The messages had no name on them, just a number. This is because I had deleted the contact from my phone. It was the number of my former best guy friend/on-off-on-off crush, whom I'll call "Kevin." They were of him begging, pleading, bargaining, threatening, cajoling, and eventually receiving, a topless picture of myself. I regret it immensely, and it has taken me a lot to get past my guilt and what I did, not to mention several weeks tips in expensive chocolate-therapy, chick-flicks, and sleepovers with my besties. I learned my lesson, and will never do it again. I know for a fact the pictures are no longer on "Kevin's" phone, and were not sent to anyone or stored anywhere by him. I had a fairly close relationship with my mom, but I had not told her about my picture fiasco. She figured out what happened by the saved and forgotten messages. She then confronted me. I told her the truth, and that I had learned my lesson, and will never do it again. But, she kept trying to pursue an issue that I have worked hard to bury from my mind. I didn't want to talk about it. I know why I did it, and so does God, and thats fine with me. I didn't want to dredge up all the regrets and memories that came with the long talk she was hoping for. She decided it would then be a good idea to remind me of it all day, after I made it clear I didn't want to be reminded of it, and then make "jokes" about me and my body that were hurtful. I am very angry that she looked through my phone, then wouldn't let an issue die that should be long dead and buried. Would you be mad? I'm livid. She does pay for my phone, even though I've offered many times to pay for it, so I know she technically has the right to look through it. But she should've asked me, not snooped while I was sick and asleep, and then lied about her intents. I would've taught her about my phone if she honestly want to learn about it. Why couldn't she leave alone the picture thing, even after I made it clear I didn't want to be reminded of that, and that I had delt with it? Can I ever trust her again? Because I have no trust in her right now. I feel very violated. She said she want us to have "an open, honest, close, sharing, trusting relationship." my question would be why do so many young people need to use drugs, you will never end the drugs war because of one thing MONEY, people get rich on the suffering of others, seeing someone hopelessly addicted to drugs is horrible,you Will never make drugs totally legal it will just cause a price war between dealers and government, the thing with cigarettes is yes they cause long term illnesses but you cant overdose on them and kill yourself in one go, i think more attention should be paid to why people need or want to use drugs in the first place.

Hey what's up Y! Answers... had a question about that dougie. Now, mine is very basic. I can't go super fast (coordination fail) or do all that leg lifting without moving the hips.. but is it based on body type? if you watch all these dougie videos, in 99.99% of them, it's a very lean, kinda lanky kid (the kind that would wear skinny jeans.) You never see any of the buffer guys do it. I'm one of those stronger, mor heavily built people witha larger frame. Is it designed to accomodate that body type? It looks weird trying to do certain moves. Like type in "dougie jello" on youtube; click the first video. Look at what they do with their legs. Why does it look strange when I do it? don't eat tons of food, it'll just up your metabolism. try putting on muscle, not gaining fat. try eating proteins and make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need! but you have a rather small body frame, so don't gain too much. the 130's and 140's are probably perfectly healthy. How to build up my self-esteem?

So I've been overweight since I was like 6. I'm now 15 and I'm not incredibly big, I got tall (like 5'10) but I still have big thighs, arms and stomach. I'm working on losing it. I'm about 30 or so pounds over. I've always been teased about it and called names. Once I started high school people didn't say anything much and I developed a pretty good personality. My boyfriend of 9 months calls me cute, pretty, beautiful and gorgeous. I don't believe him but I don't want to be one of those annoying, whiney girlfriends so I just return the compliment. No body knows, but I was bulimic for almost a year and recently got over it. I've had two big tragedies happen (one affected the whole family, one only me) in the same year and food's been my comfort. I know that's not good. Especially when trying to lose weight. And what doesn't help is that my boyfriend is skinnier than me... He weighs 130 pounds, he's lanky (He's underweight and 6'0 but I still feel like I should be smaller than him). I can look in the mirror and think "Hey... I look okay today." but then I see myself next to him and feel like a whale. I could never leave him over this, I love him so much. Just being around him and seeing his body compared to mine makes me feel like crap. And my height's always been a problem with me. I hate being this tall. Then I see the perfect girls at my school, they're 5'6 or 5'7 and weigh like 110 or 120 pounds. I wish I could be like them. I just feel so ugly, fat and down about myself. Also I took a picture of myself on my webcam with my shirt up (breasts covered) of my stomach for motivation to lose weight. Like I'd look at it and remember how happy I'd be to get rid of it and I think my boyfriend saw it and now I feel so gross. I can only imagine what he thinks. He kept asking why I hid my screen so fast when I pulled up my pictures (I forgot about it) and I told him it was none of his business. He said he thinks he saw a picture but he's not sure what it was. I'm pretty sure he knows that it was me with my shirt up. I'm worried that he thinks I'm sending shirtless pictures to people online or something... But I deleted it and he's dropped the subject since I was uncomfortable with it. I actually did read the entire "question" and I do not think you should be worried at all or think its weird. Children have a way of picking up on who likes children and who doesn't (as well as who can relate to them) and they naturally gravitate towards those who do. My Conure refuses to eat! help!! :/?

PLEASE HELP ME! I'M BEGGING YOU! How can I remove the stubble on my legs?

I stopped shaving them because my skin is too sensitive no matter what razer I use, and no matter what I use I can never get a close enough shave. There's always stubble because I just can't shave close enough no matter what kind of a razer I use. I used to use Shik Intuition Plus but even that irritated my sensitive skin so I stopped. About a month or so ago I stopped shaving my legs altogether because they needed to heal from being shaved. My skin is way to sensitive!!!!!!!!!!! But they've healed now. Right now at this very moment I'm using Smooth Away on my legs. Smooth Away DOES work for me. My only problem with Smooth Away is that it takes WAY too long. The results are good but they are NOT worth the effort. But even with Smooth Away I still have some stubble that I can't get rid of. This morning, because I hadn't shaved in so long, my legs were like a hairy man's. My leg hair is like man leg hair. It's so thick! So now I have to throw out razers and Smooth Away because neither of those will work on the stubble. Next I'm gonna try a hair removal cream and see if that will remove the stubble. What hair removal cream do you suggest I try? If that doesn't work I'll resort to waxing. Waxing just has to remove the stubble from my legs, right? If not that means I'm skrewed for life doesn't it.

How come I'm 5'7" and 19, and my brother is 16 and 5'11?

On my mom's side of the family the average for males is pretty short, around 5'6", and on my dad's side the average ranges from 5'9"-6'0. I am the more athletic brother, and even played basketball on a daily basis, while my brother spends most of his time on the computer...Yet he has grown considerably taller than I. My father is 5'9" and my mother is 5'3". Both of my grandfathers were fairly short in stature at around 5'6". Is it just the fact that my brother might have inherited the "taller genes" from my fathers side, and that I inherited the "short" gene? Is there anything I could do about it, it really bugs me and people bring it up ALL the time, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. And I'm just sick of it. I weigh about 132 pounds, and my brother about 127. He's skinny and lanky which gives him the illusion of looking EVEN taller. I am lean, but have packed on considerable muscle, which I feel at least eases some stress caused by the height issue. Has anyone used shampoo liniment type things?

I use Vetrolin liniment on the horses I ride. It seems to do a very good job on one horse, who is also lanky and often sore in his back and haunches. When I use the liniment, he is a lot more supple and comfortable. Vetrolin is not a shampoo, exactly, but you mix a small amount in a bucket of water and it covers the entire horse. It smells great, too! My horse always tries to eat it haha!

A summer workout program(and diet) for a teen like me?

Well I'm sorry to tell u this but u are doing a lot wrong. First of all every day you should eat a healthy breakfast like egg and a stawberrie smoothie. Second you have to eat a little lunch like a little saled and fruit. For dinner you should get Some meat in you. So you should have some steak or chicken. Now for exersise, after breakfast you should go running for at least 1/2 a mile and at the most 2 miles. You should also do alot of pushups,sit-ups, ect. For maybe like 5 to 10 min a day lift some weights. Start of small but when ou get used to that size get a little bigger every day. If you get snacky alot that's ok! Just get some healthy snacks like fruit or granola bars. Also drink water an not so much soda. Try to go to bed at 9:30 or 10 but 9:30 is healthyer. Try to sleep at least tell 7:00 or 8:00 am. Thats all u should need.

I lived in a small hamlet called red earth creek. it is a rig town surrounded by a bunch of reservations. the whole 5 years that i was there, i had a recurring dream that there was a tall, lanky, dirty man with long blonde hair and he was trying to kill me. i was always doing really impossible feats, such as pulling myself into my room from 20 feet, etc. then after a couple years, my sisters and brother were involved too and i was always trying to keep them safe. in the last 2 years of living there, my parents bought horses and we had a wooden fence in the yard. it was always snowy outside with the dim, kind of weird winter night light outside. we were always safe in the fence or in the shadow of my dads company truck. it was like he couldn't see us but was always stalking right on the edge of the fence or shadow waiting for us to make a move. it was endless and when we started to get tired from running and climbing and jumping from the ground to the trailer and back, he would get one of my sisters or brother and i would try to stop him but before i could do anything about him being there, i woke up. i was between 12 and17 when i lived there and my siblings are from 1 to 8 years younger then me (3 sisters and a brother). my parents never woke up while we were being chased. it was kind of disturbing for me as a teenager to have a continuing dream this horrific. and since i have moved from red earth i haven't had it since. i was wondering if there was any meaning to be found in a dream of this context and if anybody could tell me what it means?

If she cheated on you early in the relationship the thing is you either have to get over it or end it with her, regardless of anything else you do that's what it's all going to come down to in the end. It does sound like she is a habitual liar and she will continue to lie to you about many things. I'm not saying people can't change but it's not very common. Apparently, since you have begged her to tell you the truth, you suspected her of lying in the first place. I suggest asking her for a few days alone to gather your thoughts, chill out, and maybe even consider seeing a counselor if you really want to get your relationship back on track that bad and are really to truly work for it if you decide to give her another chance. If you know this guy as well as you say you do, you can probably tell what he really meant. I don't know him, so I can't tell you what to think. It is easy for emotions to get the best of you, especially when it is someone who brings out so much emotion in you anyway. Look at it logically, talk it over with him, be honest with him and with yourself, no matter how uncomfortable it may be. This is the only way you can gain a mutual understanding and trust of each other. Are your hurt feelings worth losing this friend? Maybe he meant it mean, but I highly doubt it. I bet deep down you know what he really meant, if not, talk it over with him, face to face. Please help, how can i go about correcting my underbite?

So I am 14 and I have an under bite, I first found that out a little over 2 years ago by an orthodontist. He said there where 2 options to fixing it which where either A- Jaw Surgery or B- Braces, but I remember he had said that since I was still growing, that it was probably best that I not proceed with either just yet and to check back with him in a year to see if I was ready for it. Well its obviously passed that time and I still have not seen the orthodontist, I haven't even been to the damn dentist since then either. Why? Because my parents are f***** lousy when it comes to my dental work. Its like they don't care. My mom likes too feed me this BS telling me there is nothing wrong with my teeth when their obviously is. I have very, very low self esteem because of my under bite, I feel like an outcast, I feel ugly, no matter how much I try to explain that to her she continues to ignore me about it. My dad is just a selfish mofo who is never here(he has money), and when i do beg him about it he completely ignores me. I swear my parents do not care at all about it. Plus I think I might have a cavity because one of my teeth keeps hurting when I eat something hard or sweet, so i definitely want to get that checked too. You have no idea how bad I hate having this under bite, even though it is not severe, people tell me they never notice it until i mention it, but i still hate it. Because I know its only going to get worse as I get older and I'm trying not to get to the point where they have to break my jaw open to get it fixed, but even at that I heard those are not always successful. Please help me, I literally feel like killing myself every time I look in the mirror. How can I go about getting dental care if my parents refuse to do so?

Basically my ex girlfriend and I share a great deal of interest in the outdoors. Do I need to go to the hospital? Urgent please help?!?

I started my period today. My cramps are very bad... They have always been bad... I have passed out 3 times, Gotten headaches, nausea, fatigue and dizziness. There was something wrong with my mom's period so she had to have a Hysterectomy. There was also something wrong with her mom's period as well. My sister thinks there is something wrong with hers to... When I get cramps I get them in my legs to... Sometimes it hurts more on my right side... They get so bad that yes I have passed out. Today I spent the whole day in bed... I've begged my mom to take me to the ER several times but she won't do it. I have to take 3 or more Ibuprofen to get rid of my cramps... I'm 20, have had Thyroid problems, I've had an Ultrasound done, I've also had a Pelvic Exam done(They didn't find anything) I've also been put on Zovia and Levora birth control and they didn't help... I've tried taking a bath, the fetal position and a heating pad... Nothing works... I usually pass out before I get any relief...I am being put on the DEPO shot soon but idk if it will help... I also have type 1 Diabetes. 2 times when I passed out I was laying down. The last time I passed out was in front of my bedroom door... Everything just went White and I woke up a few hours later wondering what happened...My right side hurts right now... under my belly button also... I think that I might have Uterine Fibroids or Endomitriosis... I have symptoms of both... I have also lost just straight tissue as well. I have also never had sex so I KNOW I'm not pregnant so I can't be having a miscarriage either... So idk should I go to the hospital? If they get really bad again should I go to the ER and have a full body scan done or something? Should I have a more detailed Ultrasound done? I do also only have pain in my right side and leg and under my belly button right now... So what should I do? Please help... Serious answers please....Anything helps... Thanks...

Help with getting more attractive?

I am a 15 year old male who is 6 ft tall and weighs 161 lbs at 15% body fat. I will be finishing up my freshman year this week and getting ready for summer. I am hoping by next school I come in a lot more physically attractive. I don't look fat right now, I just have some athletic chub. I don't have a real defined jaw line and I don't have my adams apple showing very much. This year i didn't really want any relationships, and no girls liked me over the year anyway. hey so im 16 145>150 pounds and 6'1 so im farely lanky but i also have the misfortune of being a bit chubby. so my goal is too get lean and at the same time gain muscle. untill now i.ve had a had a pretty bad diet and no exercise but recently i've sarted eating a low fat high protein diet. which consists of lean meat fruits veggies and brown rice bread ect. i also run daily i cant run for too long yet but im working on it. soon im gonna start weight training so i bough myself a protein/muscle gainer called x-treme muscle gainer made by inkospor, its forein as i am in france right now. it has 25.5g of protein per 30g of the stuff and all amino acids. based on what ive told you do you think this is a good protein powder to be taking and how much and how often should i take this, im going to be working out everyother day and continue doing runs daily should i only take it only after a workout or even on my break days or after a run? please help im clueless on this subject

I am a 17 year old male, 5 feet 9 inches, 146 pounds. I just need help coming up with something...some sort of eating...plan...and or exercise plan I am very active. I have at least 2 hockey games a week. I run probably a mile once or twice a week (sometimes more sometimes less). I do around 200 situps every other day. My attention whore cat is driving me crazy! help! begs for food, wants to be on top of me every second!?

I moved in with a roommate that came along with a cat. There are three of us ,but I'm the only one home most of the time. The cat is fed in the morning and at night, but begs for food constantly! If you even take a step in the general direction of his food dish, he runs toward it and loudly meows. The meows get worse and worse. They start to sound like whining and crying after a while. Despite the begging, we never break the feeding pattern and give in yet it continues. The cat will also follow you from room to room, brush your leg if you stand still, jump in your lap if you sit down, get in your face and climb on you when you're sleeping, etc. If you close your door it will meow and scratch at the door. I've shut it downstairs and it manages to turn the handle and get out. If you prop something up against the door the cat will start throwing itself against the door. It's actually kind of scary! It sounds like the weight of an adult human being thrown against the door! Help me! It's starting to feel like I'm stuck in some sort of cat horror movie!

Work the lanky and tall angle. That means sometimes being a bit of a goof and being good humored about it. You're a bit clumsy, so work on making it endearing instead of a handicap. Try to make them smile instead of trying to make them think you're cool. It's much easier that way.

Yes, Hi, I got braces on june 30th 2011, and today is july 3, 2011. I want to know when you get braces what hurts the absolute most. I also want to know how badly does it hurt when you get a new wire in every month like when they gave you the first wire, is that the same as tightening and does it hurt more than SPACERS. I also wanted to know when they put this big metal block at the top of your mouth and there is this thing to tighten it, does that hurt the most out of all, like does it hurt more than spacers. Okay, I recently rescued a German Shepherd/Husky Mix out of a bad situation. He is gorgeous! Jet Black with white running up the insides of his legs/chest with ice blue eyes. He looks like a lanky wolf. I was pretty much set on the name Fluke but the more I call him by that name the more I don't like it. His original name was "Stampy" which is just awful! Okay, so at the beginning of my junior year, I was, well, not the friendliest kid in the world. Well, for one thing, I was known in my Algebra 2 class for a throwing a hissy fit after being kicked out of the classroom for sleeping. (No screaming or anything, just being pissed off and shoving people out of my way to get to my desk for my books after the period ended) (Im a guy, by the way, ur average, tall, lanky guy). It's getting lonely without talking to people, and I dont know who in my school does not care for me or doesn't really know about me (Im only talking bout the high-school athletes and cheerleaders, like several of them in my English class who I bet that THEY think I am not at all much friendly.)
