Im a 5,7 120lb teen im very skinny and lanky over the summer if i put on 10lbs muscle with ther be a differenc?

only if you work your body out evenly will you look different and ..skinny type people get the best results from compound movements ...bench press and its variations ... bent over rows ... squats ..deadlifts..overhead presses... chin ups ... and limit your cardio it will actually kill your gains because your body is already making it hard to gain muscle
