Three some question?!?!?!?!?

my man of almost two years is begging for a 3sum...we did it once but that was 1x over a year ago.....he keeps telling me to find a girl and she must look like me ..hmmm so I say no so whenever I go party with my girls he always says bring a girl home....why cant he get the girl..now hes refusing to have sex with me....Would this a good reason for me to call it quits or is it petty to break up over this...and no he dont want to.find a girl on his own or go out together to get one and no hes not cheating...and we are both in our mid 30s......please serious answers.....thanks for reading
