A summer workout program(and diet) for a teen like me?
Well I'm sorry to tell u this but u are doing a lot wrong. First of all every day you should eat a healthy breakfast like egg and a stawberrie smoothie. Second you have to eat a little lunch like a little saled and fruit. For dinner you should get Some meat in you. So you should have some steak or chicken. Now for exersise, after breakfast you should go running for at least 1/2 a mile and at the most 2 miles. You should also do alot of pushups,sit-ups, ect. For maybe like 5 to 10 min a day lift some weights. Start of small but when ou get used to that size get a little bigger every day. If you get snacky alot that's ok! Just get some healthy snacks like fruit or granola bars. Also drink water an not so much soda. Try to go to bed at 9:30 or 10 but 9:30 is healthyer. Try to sleep at least tell 7:00 or 8:00 am. Thats all u should need.
