Ok guys I'm 14 year old. I am 5 foot 10 and only 120 to 125 lbs. Pretty long and lanky right? Not too muscular. I've never lifted weights before so I was over my friends and he got a bench. Well my first time I only did 80 lbs but as I got used to the form (3 days) I did 110 lbs. Is that decent for my size and weight? Also how often should I bench? And how much do you weigh and bench? Is it good for my first time? I did 1 rep of 110 with no help
