Am I too skinny, if so how do I put on weight?!?!?

don't eat tons of food, it'll just up your metabolism. try putting on muscle, not gaining fat. try eating proteins and make sure you're getting all the nutrients you need! but you have a rather small body frame, so don't gain too much. the 130's and 140's are probably perfectly healthy. I'm 5'3" and 100-115 is my healthy range.
