What should I paint for my boyfriend? Need ideas?

Okay. So my boyfriend's birthday is coming up and he has been begging me for the the longest time to paint him something. He really wanted me to paint him a tiger, but I'm still in that beginner type stage with acrylics, so I don't think it'd be a very good idea. He really likes rock music, tigers, marvel, video games, uhm... Naruto. That type of stuff. He's a typical boy. So could you perhaps give me some ideas? Preferably with what he likes. If I think of more things, I'll add it. Thank you so much!
