What hurts the most when you get braces?

Yes, Hi, I got braces on june 30th 2011, and today is july 3, 2011. I want to know when you get braces what hurts the absolute most. I also want to know how badly does it hurt when you get a new wire in every month like when they gave you the first wire, is that the same as tightening and does it hurt more than SPACERS. I also wanted to know when they put this big metal block at the top of your mouth and there is this thing to tighten it, does that hurt the most out of all, like does it hurt more than spacers. I really want to know this also, my Aunt Julie gave me this advice and i want to know if it would be useful here it is : "clinch down like your biting something really hard. It will hurt, but it makes the pain go away a lot faster. I did that after every new wire I got when I had braces. Just spend the day doing that, and by the next day you should hurt a lot less, to almost nothing." is that true, plzzz help i really need to know, because i am a HUGE drama queen and my parents hate when i act like that and i dont want to be like that in front of them anymore because i dont like seeing them mad at ME.! sooooo plzzzzzzzzzzz help i am begging you to tell me ABSOLUTLEY **EVERYTHING** ABOUT BRACES.!
