Can anyone help me come up with some sort of eating plan?
I am a 17 year old male, 5 feet 9 inches, 146 pounds. I just need help coming up with something...some sort of eating...plan...and or exercise plan I am very active. I have at least 2 hockey games a week. I run probably a mile once or twice a week (sometimes more sometimes less). I do around 200 situps every other day. I do a 30 minute weight lifting workout probably 2 times a week. I want to become more fit and trim down my fat a little and increase my muscle. I am going for a lanky strong muscular look. Any help would be appreciated:)
