Is my finger fractured?

is my finger fractured? i hurt it playing basketball. i went to recieve a pass and me having lanky fingers, my middle finger was the first to be hit. it hurt SO bad and felt like i couldnt move it. so i iced it when i was on the bench and it is swollen still (it happened on friday the 13th how ironic.) i dont have much range of motion, and and i cant straighten it out all the way ergo, its been in the same position for 3 days. there is a little bruising.. mostly swelling. it hurts the middle finger when i try to clench my fingers and/or straighten them. havent seen a doc yet, just wondering on the thoughts!
