Should I wait? Guys please help! ?

Okkay so ate begging of the last year I met this guy. And we started becoming friends. And then at homecoming we danced together alot and we flirted alot. He asked for my number and I gave it to him. Then after the dance he texted me And we texted allllllll night long. But he asked this other girl to the dance but she rejected him bc he was to short for her specially since she was wearing heels but she liked him. So for the next week we talked and everyone thought we were dating and stuff and them I find out he ask the same girl out and she said yes like two days later. But we still talked and flirted alottttttttttt even after they broke up. And we are really good. Friends and we can talk about anything. And everyone says that we need to date. But I just found out he has another gf and yet he stillflirts and we hang out. Idk what I should do. Should I wait for him or move on? It's been like a year and a half. And year I've liked other guys and somethings have happened but I think I still like him??
