I feel that I am a healthy child, but my arms are just too lanky! My forearms are toned, and so are my arms, but my biceps and triceps and upper arm region is just too lanky and thin!. No matter how hard I try, I cannot seem to get a lot of mass on my arm. I can do about 30 pushups for a 13 year old, and I have even tried to do dumbells! So how can i get more meat on my arms and protein to get my arms in shape? By the way, I am not allowed to eat steak, beef, deli meat, etc I can only eat chicken, seafood, etc.
